We have some catching up to do!

To start off

Bryant is getting so big!

He is now sitting up by himself

and scooting all over the house!

he is much happier now that he can get around.

Carson and Bryant

Carson still loves Bryant so much, he always wants

to take new pictures with him.

Carson recently got the movie "Astro Boy"

Here is Carson as Astro before we got his

hair cut.

Bryant had his first bath! 

now that he can sit up.

 until now he has only taken showers with the 

exception of the first couple baths when he was 

really little.  Bryant took his first shower at 

about 4 weeks old.

At first he cried and didn't know what to think.

He warmed up and realized its not too bad...

Actually its kinda fun!

Carson turned 4!

We had his birthday party at "the  sheep park"

We had hotdogs

Bryant had a melt down and was very needy after that

Corrine was also pretty needy keeping Alexas 

hands full.

Carson had a batman party.

There is a story about the rings on the cake.

Carson's little friend Conner came to his party

and while Eric was getting the cake ready

for candles and stuff Conner came up and 

took one of the rings off the cake  then 

licked the frosting off of it and insisted on 

putting it back in the cake. Eric took the 

ring and chucked it in the trash so that

it wouldn't get put back in the cake.

Conner fell apart and told his mom he 

wanted to be alone, he cried by a tree

for about 15 minutes.

 

Carson went down to get Conner and make him 

feel better. At first Conner didn't even want 

to come and have some cake.

Without anyone telling him what to do

Carson gave Conner the only other

Batman ring and got him to come 

back to the party and be happy.

I was so proud of Carson being the peace maker!

Carson got lots of cool toys including the 

game that all of us grew up with...CANDY LAND!

I can't believe your 4!

Bryant fell asleep with Carsons hammer in 

his hands while I was carrying him around 

and didn't want to let go.

I had to pry it from his hands after

I put him in bed!

4th of July week

We started off the week with Lake Powell

with the family.

Saturday morning it was off to the parade!

Carson and Kallin had a good time together...

holding hands wherever they went.

Then we went to breakfast at Houstons

We skipped out on the fire works in Kanab and went to 

Sandhollow.

We made it home in time for the fire works in Boulder City 

but I forgot my camera :(

Is it mean?

Bryant is 4 months old!

Bryant is getting happier everyday! He is very ticklish and giggles at everything.
He loves his big brother and his dad.... and of corse me ( the milk maid!).
Daddy taught him the trick my dad taught all of us... most of the grandkids.

Lake Time!

Its lake time everyone! 

We finally got to take the boat out now that 

Eric is home to take us to the lake.

 On the way out of the marina.... LET THE FUN BEGIN!

We found a sandy beach..... Ya I didn't know there 

is sandy beaches on lake mead either!

"Eric! Look there is a crawdad!" Eric picks up

the little fella and shows it to Carson... "ITS GONNA GET YOU!"

Now Carson wont get in the water without having a melt down.

He is so scared of the"crabs" that he wont even go from the

beach to the boat. Later in the day he somehow added

jellyfish to the things in the water that are scary.

We asked him how he was going to play with

his cousins at the lake if he wouldn't even get in

the water and he told us that next time he wouldn't 

be scared. Boy I hope he can pull it off... if 

he can't get over this fear of crabs and jellyfish

he is going to have a miserable summer with 

us on the lake.

Eric is now trying to convince him that there is

only rocks in the water.... yes after chasing him

with a crawdad he is showing him that only 

rocks live in the lake.

We also found this awesome neon yellow spider!

His butt was about the size of this "o". He was 

pretty cool looking. I don't know how Eric 

spotted him.

This is the beautiful view at 7 AM on the lake.

We went and saw the dam after eating nuttella sandwiches 

for breakfast.

As you can see Carson didn't want to have his 

picture taken. Little stinker!

It was the best weekend for the lake! It was 90 with an ever 

so slight breeze, The  water was cold but refreshing.
